SRl-F6 (THERMIC FLUID DE-CARBONIZING)
It is liquid oil based formulation of dispersing agents, surface active agents, detergents, penetrates, emulsifier & corrosion inhibitors. The dispersant disperses the carbon particles in thermic fluid system formed by polymerization of thermic fluid oil due to exposure to air (OXYGEN) attached to bends, joints, higher heat areas or coil of the system & keeps it in a dispersed form. The penetrates in the formulation help the dispersing agents to penetrate through the tough carbaneous polymer hence enhancing the affectivity of the dispersants.
The surface active agents along with detergents helps flush out the residue of the
Reaction of dispersants, Penetrates with carbon & also keeps the system clean with
exposure of the fresh surface of scale (carbon) to the Dispersants. The corrosion
inhibitor will help protect the metal surface against the attack of acidity in the thermic
fluid (incase of the oil quality lowering the acidic value of oil increases).
